Parish News
Have you heard about St. Patrick’s Visitation Ministry?
We visit parishioners who are no longer able to attend Mass or other church activities. This includes assisted living and nursing facilities. Our volunteers are available to pray, read, converse, share a laugh or just listen. We also offer a weekly newsletter called Home Touch that includes a devotional page and an activity page. Home Touch is available for free to any homebound parishioner. If you or someone you know would like more information about our ministry or would like to receive Home Touch please contact Pam Oedingby calling the Parish Office.
Help St. Patrick’s Parish
One way you can help your Church this year, with
no cost to you, is to purchase Dillon’s Certificates. Many of you purchase
special groceries for your family events (baptisms, Quinceañeras, wedding
celebrations) and to entertain friends during the holidays. If you buy a ten
dollar certificate you still have ten dollars to spend, you don’t loose anything
and St. Patrick’s makes a profit. Dillon's certificates can be used at: Kwik Shop
gas stations, Dillon’s: Any Dillon’s store, Any Dillon’s pharmacy, Any Dillon’s
Gas stations. We have a new one in our area located at 13th and West Street. If you have family or kids away from home or at college and you want to send a
little support the gift certificates can be used at the following stores in other
cities as well: Kroger, City Market, Dillon’s, Bakers, Fry’s, Gerber, Hilander, King
Soopers, Owen’s, Quik stop markets, Loaf ‘N Jug, Tom Thumb Mini Marts,
Turkey Hill Mini Markets, Mini Mart, and Pay Less Super Markets. The
certificates sales have made it possible for Father to purchase many items
needed for the church. You shop, you buy gas, why not help your parish at the
same time? Certificates are sold at the back of church after every Mass and at the rectory during the weekday if you missed us or forgot. Please help!!
