I'm so happy to be back and I'm looking forward to all of the new learning that we get to do this year.

A few new things for Parents and Students alike to be aware of:

This year we'll be creating our own interactive math journals in class. These will be challenging but also useful learning tools that student's will (hopefully) come to see are really quite fun! :)

We will also be starting a new computer program called Get More Math. This program is designed to help give practice problems with a built in mixed review. I really like this program because it will continue to give problems until you beginning getting them correct consistently on the first try. It will be a very useful tool for our learning.

Estoy muy feliz de estar de regreso y espero con ansias todos los nuevos aprendizajes que podremos hacer este año.

Algunas cosas nuevas que tanto padres como estudiantes deben tener en cuenta:

Este año crearemos nuestros propios diarios interactivos de matemáticas en clase. ¡Estas serán herramientas de aprendizaje desafiantes pero también útiles que los estudiantes (con suerte) verán que son realmente muy divertidas! :)

También iniciaremos un nuevo programa de computadora llamado Get More Math. Este programa está diseñado para ayudar a dar problemas de práctica con una revisión mixta incorporada. Realmente me gusta este programa porque continuará dándote problemas hasta que comiences a responderlos de manera consistente en el primer intento. Será una herramienta muy útil para nuestro aprendizaje.
